Shipping Within the United States

All orders unless otherwise noted are processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address or Address Change Requests

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping address due to the buyer's error will not be refunded once shipped. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they are shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft of items lost in the mail. We will do our best to work with you and the shipping carrier if this situation occurs.
