Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you.
The following Damage Criteria are used to determine if an order qualifies for replacement:
- Obvious rips and tears in the pages or covers
- Dents in the book edges, spine, and corners over 2 cm in depth
- Residue on the cover or pages that can't be removed
- Water damage
- No signature where there should be one
- Pages missing
What does not qualify as damage?
- Bends, creases, or light scratches on the pages or covers
- Wavy pages
- Minimal creasing on book edges, spine, or corners
- Shelf wear such as minor dulling or fading
