All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you.

The following Damage Criteria are used to determine if an order qualifies for replacement:

  • Obvious rips and tears in the pages or covers
  • Dents in the book edges, spine, and corners over 2 cm in depth
  • Residue on the cover or pages that can't be removed
  • Water damage
  • No signature where there should be one
  • Pages missing

What does not qualify as damage?

  • Bends, creases, or light scratches on the pages or covers
  • Wavy pages
  • Minimal creasing on book edges, spine, or corners
  • Shelf wear such as minor dulling or fading
